HORTIC. Sorte de prune qui ressemble à l'abricot (DG).
Prononc. — La seule transcription de ce mot est celle de DG : a-bri-kò-tin.
Étymol. ET HIST. — 1751, variété d'abricot, terme d'hortic. (Encyclop. s.v. Abricots :... On distingue l'abricotier en précoce ou abricotin, en abricot en espalier, à plein vent).
